Hotel Jan III Sobieski in Warsaw

JLL Hotels advised Europa Capital in the sale of the Jan III Sobieski in Warsaw and its adjacent 6,000 sq. m. office building. As desired by the vendor, only a select number of potential purchasers were identified and contacted by Jones Lang LaSalle Hotels to market the partially renovated 435-room property.

In August 2011, the unencumbered property was sold to Wenaasgruppen, a Norwegian Property Company. The sale marks the first acquisition in Poland for the group who intends to rebrand the asset to an internationally well-known chain.
