Analysis of the client’s needs, planning of strategy, preparation and implementation of the offers contest, analysis of available sites, preparation of the negotiation strategy and site documentation, support during negotiations.

Situation/Process

CaseTech is  a manufacturer of high-quality casings for state-of-the-art sausage production and as a provider of technological services for customers in the butcher's trade and the meat processing industry.

CaseTech was looking for a factory in Legnica with attached warehouse and office space.  Previous location, leased by CaseTech (also in Legnica), was too small and blocked the production growth. When searching for a new building, CaseTech decided for lease, because the company did not want to involve its financial means for purchase of site and building. 

Results

After a very thorough analysis of offers presented by developers, Goodman’s proposal was chosen as a the most favourable option.

Goodman developed building on its site in Legnickie Pole in the Legnica Special Economic Zone.

This is the first BTS development in Legnica.

Building developed for CaseTech has space of 8,200 sqm: 5,500 sq m of factory, 1,700 sq m of warehouse space and almost 1,000 sq m of office space.
