  • Amica is one of the leaders on the Polish household appliances market.

  • Amica decided to outsource and consolidate logistics. They looked for a building located in the Poznan area. Moreover, Amica needed support of a partner experienced on the industrial market, in order to convert quite general concept into a concrete plan, likely to be completed in as short a time as possible. Therefore, Amica proposed cooperation to Jones Lang LaSalle.

  • JLL consultants joined the process at a very early stage of the analysis, so they could create a complete and considered strategy. Due to this strategy, it was much easier to find a location adjusted to Amica’s requirements and negotiate attractive lease conditions.


  • After common analysis, Amica’s representatives decided to choose Goodman. - The developer prepared a building with space of 30,000 sqm in the Poznań Logistics Centre.

  • Amica met favourable financial conditions.

  • The whole process  was implemented accordingly to the planned schedule.
