Case Study



Identification of the Client’s needs, analysis of locations in and outside of SEZ, cooperation with Earst & Young on evaluation of most attractive locations, preparation of three best investment options shortlist, thorough technical due-dilligence (including utility services connectivity and land structure research and analysis), obtaining the environmental conditions approval for all three sites, co-ordination of approval for construction approval.


Nestle Poland was planning to purchase approx. 15-16 ha of land for its new production plant development. The site was to be located precisely in Poznan and Wroclaw area. The company was aiming at location that would provide valuable public aid and incentives.


The in-depth analysis, conducted by JLL in cooperation with leading research and analysis business partners, proved that a site outside of SEZ would be the most suitable location.
In line with JLL recommendation, the Client decided to purchase land in Prologis Park Wrocław facility. Thanks to Industrial Department consultancy services and suport throughout the whole transaction process, the deal was successfully closed within the required time frames.
