Valuation of Wzgórze Shopping Centre, Gdynia

​Every year JLL have a pleasure contributing to the continued success of the largest developers and investors on the Polish real estate market with our valuation and consultancy advice.

Apsys, a French company specialising in development and management shopping centres, entered Polish market in 1997. They currently manage 17 shopping centres in major Polish cities. Their most notable development is Manufaktura in Łódź – the cultural-retail-leisure centre and the biggest revitalisation of post-industrial buildings in Europe. 

In April 2007 we were appointed to re-value Wzgórze shopping centre on behalf of Apsys Polska. The company will triple the space of Wzgórze shopping centre in Gdynia, from the existing 23,000 sq m up to 67,400 sq m GLA. Upon completion Wzgórze will comprise 237 retail units with the result of becoming the largest shopping centre in Pomorze region. We co-operated with four international banks financing the project and provided a valuation advice according to international RICS valuation standards and the bank’s requirements.
