Klif to welcome new tenants

J&JOY, a Belgian fashion brand, and La Perla cosmetic clinic, will complete the portfolio of tenants in the Klif House of Fashion in Warsaw. Experts from JLL advised AEW Europe on the process of negotiating the lease conditions.

J&JOY will occupy an area of 165 sq m and will be the brand's Warsaw debut. J&JOY offers clothing for women, men and kids, with a modern cut and quality. In turn, La Perla, which has been on the Polish market for 16 years, has leased 82 sq m of space. The clinic offers clients the most modern beauty and rejuvenation treatments along with services in the field of plastic surgery.

Klif House of Fashion is conveniently located and easy to navigate. The main tenants include: Hugo Boss, Bagatt, Guess, Michael Kors, Trussardi, Sephora, Max Mara, Liu Jo, Pinko, Patrizia Pepe, COS, Calvin Klein, Tommy Hilfiger, Twinset, as well as Vistula, Simple, Hera, Solar, and more. In recent months, these tenants have been joined by: Marc Cain, La Marqueuse and Elisabetta Franchi – the company’s only mono-brand boutique in Poland.
