LC Waikiki to launch its fourth store in Poland

The global fashion retailer will open its latest store in Atrium Reduta


LC Waikiki, market leader in 15 countries along with Turkey, has leased 930 sq m of space at the Atrium Reduta shopping centre. The opening of the store is scheduled for June 15th 2018. Experts from the Retail Tenant Representation Department at JLL, the brand’s exclusive agent for expansion in Poland, represented LC Waikiki during the negotiation process.

In Poland, LC Waikiki is present in Warsaw and Wrocław with Atrium Reduta being its fourth location in the country.

"LC Waikiki will complement the diverse portfolio of tenants at Atrium Reduta. The company will direct its proposition at customers who are looking for a top-tier quality product range available at an affordable price. At the same time, the Turkish giant continues its rapid expansion in compliance with the brand’s global business strategy - by 2023 LC Waikiki may become one of the top three clothing networks in Europe”, says Dagmara Filipiak, Head of Retail Tenant Representation Department at JLL. 

Atrium Reduta shopping centre is located in close proximity to Aleje Jerozolimskie and offers over 27,000 sq m of space accommodating nearly 140 stores ,and services units including a laundry, a pharmacy, a travel agency, a hairdressers and a car wash. The centre's key tenants include brands such as Carrefour, Cropp, Duka, Ecco, Starbucks, RTV Euro AGD, H&M, HEBE, Home & You, House, KappAhl, Mohito, Orsay, Reserved, Rossmann, Sephora, Sinsay, Swiss and Tchibo. 

The Retail Tenant Representation Department at JLL is responsible for comprehensive market analysis, preparing a long-term brand development strategy on the Polish market, identifying the best retail locations, negotiating lease terms as well as marketing and communication support. The company supports both brands already present in Poland by developing and optimizing their portfolio, as well as planning company debuts on the country's market.
