„I would like to welcome new tenants in Atrium City and wish them successful operation in coming years.” - says Marcin Łapiński Leasing Manager in Skanska Property Poland.

Michał Lis, Consultant at Jones Lang LaSalle Office Agency department commenting on this appointment said: “Atrium City is one of the few buildings in Warsaw’s Core City Centre which offers excellent conditions for tenants searching for both office and retail space. Due to this factor, the building is very attractive for the tenants. As a proof, we can proudly say that the building is already leased in 93%”.

The building, developed by Skanska Property Poland, is scheduled to be delivered in May 2009 and will offer net rentable area of approx. 20 000 sq m. By the time the building will be completed its name will change to Deloitte House (due to the main tenant of the building who will occupy 75% of the office area).
