Zephirus in Okęcie Business Park is 100% leased

The Zephirus office building (second phase of the Okęcie Business Park complex) has been leased in 100%. The last lease agreement was signed at the end of February by Pandora Jewelry Central Eastern Europe for an area of 712 sq m. The tenant, which was introduced by the co-exclusive agent of the project – Jones Lang LaSalle, will move into the building in May 2009.

Michał Lis, Consultant at Jones Lang LaSalle, commenting on this transaction stated: “The first two phases of the complex (Nothus and Zephirus - completed respectively in January and August 2008) are now fully let.  Globe Trade Centre is now ready to start with the third phase – Corius especially that we are already in contact with potential tenants of the building.  Okęcie has become an attractive business location since the opening of the Poleczki Flyover improving much the communication in the area. The full lease of the first two buildings is a proof to the statement that this area has a large potential for office locations.”

Okęcie Business Park developed by Globe Trade Centre is an office complex which will offer in total 63.000 sq m after the completion of all six phases.
