Promotions at Jones Lang LaSalle


Jones Lang LaSalle is pleased to announce the following promotions at the Polish office effective from the 1 July 2010.

Małgorzata Żółtowska, Head of Valuations CEE has been promoted to Regional Director. Małgorzata has over 16 years experience in the Central & Eastern European real estate markets. Since joining Jones Lang LaSalle she has undertaken and coordinated valuations and appraisals for all types of properties in Poland, Czech Republic, Hungary and Romania on behalf of a wide range of international as well as local market clients. Malgorzata’s areas of specialisation include real estate consultancy, with a focus on valuations and analysis of real estate portfolios. She has conducted and led appraisals for major corporations in CEE ranging from private assets to large investment portfolios of institutional clients. Małgorzata completed in 2001 the Sheffield Hallam & Warsaw University of Technology course in Property Valuation & Management and obtained the Joint Postgraduate Diploma, and became a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS). In 1996, she completed post-graduate studies in Valuation at the Warsaw University of Technology and is a Polish Licensed Valuer (Registration No. 2270). She graduated from the Warsaw School of Economics in 1994, with a Master’s degree in Economics, specialising in the Economics of real estate investments and building construction. In 2008 Małgorzata was granted a certificate which entitles her to use the title of Recognised European Valuer (REV).

Kamil Lubiejewski, Finance and Operations Manager CEE has been promoted to National Director. As part of CEE operations team, Kamil works with Managing Director CEE to support and deliver consistent financial, operational and legal advice to Jones Lang LaSalle business leaders across CEE region. He manages a network of CEE financial professionals located across Jones Lang LaSalle’s offices in Poland, Czech Republic, Hungary and Romania. Kamil is a graduate of Warsaw School of Economics with master’s degree in Finance and Banking. Additionally Kamil studied Economics at the University of Mannheim, Germany.

Agnieszka Kołat, member of the CEE Retail Investment team, has been promoted to Associate Director. Agnieszka is based in Warsaw and covers the entire CEE region. Agnieszka has over eight years experience with Jones Lang LaSalle having spent two years in CEE Retail Investment Team and four years in Research & Consultancy Department. Agnieszka is a member of the only dedicated Retail Investment Team in CEE and is responsible for advisory on retail real estate transactions and consultancy across the CEE region.  Agnieszka serves new and existing clients providing acquisition and sales advice across all retail sub sectors. Agnieszka is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and holds a Msc degree in Finance and Banking from Warsaw School of Economics and a Msc degree in Real Estate Investment & Management from Sheffield Hallam University and Nottingham Trent University.

Karol Patynowski has been promoted to Senior Consultant in Tenant Representation Department at Jones Lang LaSalle. Karol has almost three years of experience in office leasing and advising tenants. Since joining Jones Lang LaSalle he has been involved in managing a number of Tenant Representation instructions including renegotiation, relocation and disposal. Before joining the team Karol was Project Manager at Polish Information and Foreign Investment Agency (PAIiIZ) responsible for manufacturing projects. Karol is graduate of International Relations Faculty at Warsaw University and obtained a Diploma in Management Faculty at Warsaw School of Economics in Warsaw (Postgraduate Studies).

Natalia Sobecka has been promoted to Consultant in Retail Agency at Jones Lang LaSalle. Natalia has three years of experience in real estate including over two years in retail leasing. She is responsible for shopping centres commercialization and recommercialization, lease consultancy involving advisory on architectural design, preparation of marketing strategy, tenant mix, rent-rolls, lease agreement negotiations) and strengthening the relationships with clients. Natalia is a graduate of  Wyższa Szkoła Biznesu - National Louise University and obtained a Diploma in MA Real Estate Management from the University of the West of England (Postgraduate Studies).
