The New Beginning of Próżna Street

Jones Lang LaSalle chosen as exclusive agent for the leasing process of new investment on Próżna Street in Warsaw

Jones Lang LaSalle is proud to announce that Warimpex, the investor of the new office building on Próżna Street has chosen the company as an exclusive agent for the commercialization process of the project.

Jerzy Krogulec, President of Warimpex Polska says: “We are very pleased that after years of preparations we can finally start with the revitalization of the historical tenement houses on Próżna 7 and 9 Street. The refurbished tenement houses will be a part of a wider concept of reconstruction process of the historical down-town area in the region of Grzybowski Square, which presently is being restored itself. Our ambition for with the project which construction will commence this Autumn, is to be the first of many projects to be accomplished in this area by Warimpex.”

Michał Lis, Consultant at Jones Lang LaSalle Office Agency adds: “It is one of a very few investments in Warsaw which combines historical architecture with the best quality modern office space. It is worth mentioning that apart from the façade also parts of the interiors including elements like the mosaic or the mould carvings will be restored to their historical character.  Furthermore the convenient location in the heart of the city with the view on the renewed

New office centre will be developed in two adjacent tenement houses on 7 and 9 Próżna Street in Warsaw. The tenement houses will be restored under the supervision of heritage manager and transformed into a prestigious office centre. The construction will commence in October 2010 and the completion is planned for mid 2012. Warimpex has already obtained building permission.

The usable area of the new investment will be around 5800 sqm. Offices will be available from 150 to 5000 sqm with the possibility of combining office space of both buildings on the same level. Ground floor and basement will be dedicated retail area including shops, service units, restaurants and cafes. Car parking spaces will be provided on the underground parking.
