BPT Optima announces sale of Warsaw office building Twarda Tower

Jones Lang LaSalle advised BPT in sale transaction

Warsaw, 4 September 2012 - BPT Optima real estate investment fund, managed by BPT Asset Management, has sold Twarda Tower, the iconic 27,000 sq m office tower in Warsaw, Poland, to Europa Capital LLP, a real estate pan-European fund manager. Jones Lang LaSalle advised BPT in the sale and Savills acted on the behalf of Europa Capital LLP European investment fund. The parties have agreed not to disclose the transaction details.

Constructed in 2003, Twarda Tower is a landmark office building holding a prominent CBD location at the intersection of Twarda Street and Jana Pawła II Avenue. The property is currently home to Polish telecommunications operator - Telekomunikacja Polska S.A, a company affiliated to France Telecom Group.
