Sale of Platinium Business Park completed

​Office park's 5 buildings in Warsaw's Mokotów district sold for €173 million


Warsaw, 8 March, 2013 – The sale of the prestigious Platinium Business Park in Warsaw has now been completed with the sale of building 5. Allianz Real Estate purchased the fifth building within the office complex for approximately €34 million, bringing the total value of transaction to a total of €173 million for the entire 5-building business park. Jones Lang LaSalle Polish Capital Markets team acted as an advisor to GTC in this transaction.

The transaction was done in two stages:

  • stage 1 consisted of buildings 1, 2, 3 and 4 of the Platinium Business Park, with the total lettable area of 46,000 sq m, and it closed in November 2012 for a price of approximately €139 million;
  • stage 2 involved building 5 (11,500 sq m) and it closed in the last day of February 2013 for a price of €34 million. Completion of the second stage of the sale transaction brought the total deal value to €173 million.

Platinium Business Park is one of Warsaw’s best non-central business parks. The complex is located in the heart of Mokotów Business District, in the immediate neighborhood of Galeria Mokotów shopping centre at the intersection of Domaniewska and Wołoska streets, and is 98% occupied. Its tenants include Leo Burnett, TUI, Artegence, Saatchi & Saatchi, Zenith Optimedia, GE Medical Systems, Levi Strauss, Panasonic or Peugeot.
