JLL represented the seller in the disposal of Galeria Dominikańska shopping centre. The scheme is managed by ECE and owned by a joint venture comprising the Otto Family and Deutsche EuroShop AG. It was acquired in August 2013 by Atrium European Real Estate for €151.7 million. Following the acquisition ECE will continue to manage the centre, working closely with Atrium’s in-house team.
The closing of this deal confirms strong investor appetite for best in class, well established and performing retail product located in regional Polish cities.

Galeria Dominikańska is a prime shopping centre comprising approximately 32,900 sqm of GLA including a gym and approximately 1,250 sqm of office space. Opened in 2001 and extensively refurbished in 2011 the scheme is very well established in the Wrocław market and benefits from an excellent city center location, very good connectivity within the city and an extensive catchment area ensuring strong footfall and performance.
Galeria Dominikańska is 100% let to a wide range of international and national retailers including: Carrefour, Media Markt, Inditex Group, Van Graaf, C&A, Reserved, New Yorker, Douglas, Max Mara, Sephora, amongst many others.
