Jones Lang LaSalle named the best advisory company on the CEE investment market

For the third year running, the company claims Investment Agency Team of the Year, CEE in Eurobuild Awards


Warsaw, December 6, 2013 – On December 5th, at the annual Eurobuild Awards gala, Jones Lang LaSalle was awarded in the Investment Agency Team of the Year, CEE category.

Jones Lang LaSalle transacted properties of approx. €1.7 bn in CEE including €1.12 bn in Poland. This gives the company a share of over 50% in the total volume of all sales/acquisition deals conducted with the participation of an advisory firm in Poland and across the region. In Poland, Jones Lang LaSalle provided strategic advisory services in transactions including Silesia City Center (about €400 m, CEE largest single asset transaction in 2013) and Galeria Dominikańska (€151.7 m) – in the retail sector; Mokotów Nova (€121 m), Senator (€120 m), Green Day (€43 m) and Le Palais (€31 m) – in the office sector; Diamond Business Park Piaseczno and Raben portfolio in the industrial sector. The largest transactions in the CEE region and outside Poland with Jones Lang LaSalle’s participation include: the Park (the largest transaction in the Czech Republic since 2011), SES/Allianz JV in Slovenia and Lakeview in Romania.
The Eurobuild Awards, organized by the Eurobuild Central & Eastern Europe magazine is a unique initiative aimed at recognizing the sector's leaders, summarizing the past year and defining market trends as well as promoting commercial real estate market in Poland and Central Eastern Europe. This year’s awards were given as a result of voting conducted among investors, developers and advisors. The voting process was supervised by KPMG auditors.
