Warsaw, March 1st, 2013 – Triumph, the world’s leading producer of luxury lingerie, present on the market for more than 125 years, decided to relocate its Warsaw office to this unique complex. Triumph will move into the facility by the end of April 2013.
Izabela Ciszewska, Junior Consultant, Tenant Representation Department, Jones Lang LaSalle, commented: "Triumph International Polska management was searching for flexible, high quality, employee-friendly office space in a quiet, green but well-connected location. The Wilanów Office Park meets all these criteria. It is a modern, eco-friendly office complex characterised by original, minimalist architecture allowing it to blend in with its surroundings. The asset offers easy access to public transport and Warsaw’s main arterial routes.”
The Wilanów Office Park offers three buildings with 40,000 sq m GLA. The complex is located in Aleja Rzeczypospolitej 3, within the rapidly developing Miasteczko Wilanów, and is in close proximity to Wilanów Palace and a nature reserve. Energy-efficient materials of the highest quality were used in the construction of the buildings, all of which are BREEM certified. The complex investor is Polnord SA.
In the last few weeks, lease agreements for the B3 building in the Wilanów Office Park were signed by such international companies as Young & Rubicam marketing agency (810 sq m) and Hill+Knowlton Strategies (660 sq m) – both represented by Jones Lang LaSalle. The asset’s tenant mix also includes CLS Bhering, HDS and Levi`s.
