JLL Announces Director Promotions in Poland


JLL is pleased to announce the promotion of a number of National Directors and Associate Directors in Poland.

National Directors promotions

Agnieszka Kołat has been promoted to National Director in the field of CEE retail investment. Agnieszka has over 12 years' experience in the real estate market and has been involved in numerous investment transactions of premier properties, including Silesia City Center in Katowice (ca €400 million), Galeria Dominikańska in Wrocław (€152 million), Manufaktura in Łódź (€390 million), Olympia Brno (confidential value), Promenada in Warsaw (€171 million), Mall of Sofia (over €100 million) or Allee in Budapest (€100 million acquisition of 50% share).  Overall, she has provided strategic advisory  in deals totalling €3.22 billion across the CEE region. Agnieszka holds a Master's degree in Finance and Banking from the Warsaw School of Economics, and in Real Estate Investment and Management at Sheffield Hallam University. She also completed a post-graduate Valuation course at Warsaw Technical University and is a RICS member.

Jakub Sylwestrowicz has been promoted to National Director. He also acts as Head of Tenant Representation in Poland and leads a team of 9 professionals. Jakub has over eight years of experience in real estate focusing on advisory services connected with acquisition, renegotiation, dispositions and other matters relating to tenant representation instructions. He closely cooperates with Polish as well as global business services companies. Jakub has provided his consultancy for leading market players, such as ING Bank Śląski, Euroclear Bank, First Data, Deloitte, Mondelez International, MSD, Grupa Żywiec and SAP Polska. Jakub holds a Master's degree (MA) in International Relations from the University of Warsaw and Warsaw School of Economics. He is a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM).

Associate Directors promotions

Mariusz Aleksandrowicz has been promoted to Associate Director within the Project and Development Services Department. He has over 14 years' experience within the Building and Civil Engineering Sector. He provided construction consultancy services and conducts a number of office building adaptation projects. His areas of expertise also include project management, project monitoring, cost management. He has overseen a number of construction projects including Warsaw's Hotel Bristol refurbishment, Motorola Solutions and Sony. Mariusz graduated from the Civil Engineering faculty at the Technical University of Warsaw, receiving a Master's degree in science. He also holds LEED Green Associate accreditation.

Dagmara Filipiak has been promoted to Associate Director in JLL's Retail Agency. Dagmara has over nine years' experience in real estate. She is involved in numerous flagship retail projects across Poland, including Blue City, Ethos, Klif in Warsaw or Galeria Malta in Poznań. She cooperated with leading developers and investors, including GTC, Multi Development or CDI. She also represents tenants in their business expansion in Poland (including Claire's, Toys'R'Us, LC Waikiki and Kari). She graduated from the University of Economics in Poznań (Management in Investment and Real Estate).

Rafał Kosoń has been promoted to Associate Director in the field of office investment. Rafał's primary duties cover the office sector, both sell side and buy side instructions. Rafał has over five years' experience in the Polish real estate market. During this period Rafał has been involved in a number of investment transactions including Green Office C in Krakow (€20 million), Twarda Tower (€78 million), Warsaw Financial Center (€210 million) and Senator (€120 million) in Warsaw. Rafał graduated from the Warsaw School of Economics where he completed management and real estate market faculties.

Wojciech Zoń has been promoted to Associate Director in JLL Industrial. He is in charge of initiating, conducting and closing industrial real estate market transactions in Upper Silesia and Krakow. Wojciech has been working in the industrial real estate market for over seven years. So far, he has successfully executed transactions of over 400,000 sq m and collaborated with companies such as ABC Data, Stock Polska, Mercedes-Benz, General Motors and Johnson Electric. Wojciech holds an MA degree in Law, from the Independent University of Business and Government in Warsaw, and a post-graduate degree from the faculty of Real Estate Brokering and Real Estate Management.
