Fresenius Kabi chooses Eurocentrum Office Complex

The global health care company leases 1,400 sq m in the Ochota district of Warsaw

​The Polish unit of Fresenius Kabi - the global health care company - has leased over 1,400 sq m of modern office space in the Eurocentrum Office Complex in Warsaw. The company will move to the building in December 2015. Experts from JLL represented the tenant during the process of selecting the new location and negotiation of lease terms. The building's owner, Capital Park, was advised by Cushman & Wakefield.

Michał Lis, Associate Director, Office Agency, JLL, commented: "Fresenius Kabi was looking for office building in a location that provided good access to means of public transport. The most crucial criteria for the company in selecting the new location were the possibility of leasing space on one floor, the building's high technical standard combined with ecological solutions, and the possibility of having brand exposure on the building's exterior façade. These requirements were met by Eurocentrum Office Complex. Furthermore, the complex's green surroundings contribute significantly to the working environment ".

Eurocentrum Office Complex, part of Capital Park Group's portfolio, comprises three buildings offering ca 64,000 sq m of modern office space within 15 stories. The tenants have 655 parking spaces at their disposal. One of the complex's key aspects is its location near Aleje Jerozolimskie – one of the main arteries of Warsaw. The location enables access to the building by both car and public transport, including bus, tram, Warsaw Commuter Railway (WKD) and Warsaw Fast City Rail (SKM).

Eurocentrum Office Complex has been LEED Gold pre-certified. This proves that the complex's innovative technologies will minimize its impact on the environment and provide maximum working comfort.
