JLL Poland with HypZert qualification


International advisory company JLL is proud to announce that Krzysztof Jarocki, Associate Director in the Valuation Department, has recently succeeded in obtaining the title of HypZert Real Estate Valuer for Mortgage Lending Valuation (CIS HypZert MLV). It is especially dedicated for German Mortgage Banks (Pfanbrief banks) issuing covered bonds. The title is provided to experts with proven high-quality service and experience regarding property valuation. This illustrates JLL's commitment to offering complex valuation services which are supported by both experience and proper qualifications. The Mortgage Lending Value services will be provided across Poland and Central Eastern Europe.

Krzysztof Jarocki has over 12 years' experience on the real estate market in Poland, including 10 years of professional experience in the valuation of commercial projects. In JLL, he is responsible for cooperating with the banking sector, the coordination of portfolio assets valuation as well as daily property valuations. Krzysztof has a strong competence in the valuation of retail projects, office projects and development land. He is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) as well as a qualified Polish Valuer. He graduated from Geodesy and Property Valuation at the University of Warmia and Mazury in Olsztyn, and post-graduate studies in Property Valuation and Management at Sheffield Hallam University in UK.

The Valuation Department at JLL provides high-class services in commercial property valuation in Poland and the CEE region. On average, the company annually conducts 800 valuations of both single properties and property portfolios in Poland. Valuations are conducted mainly for banks, investment funds, developers and private investors. The total volume of properties valued by JLL Poland in 2013 exceeded PLN 75 billion.
