DNB Bank Polska to renew its lease agreement in Marynarska Point²

DNB Bank Polska, a member of Norway's largest financial group DNB, has signed a lease agreement renewal for over 3,600 sq m in the office building Marynarska Point2 in Warsaw. JLL, the international advisory company, represented the tenant in the transaction.

Izabela Ciszewska, Consultant, Tenant Representation JLL, commented: "DNB Bank Polska has decided to stay in the Marynarska Point2 building due to its convenient location and good access to public transport. The company is in the process of office refurbishment and space rearrangement to meet its needs for creating a modern and employee-friendly environment."

Marynarska Point2, owned by GLL and located at Postępu Street., offers 13,000 sq m of office space. A three-level car park for 265 cars is available to employees. Among the scheme's biggest advantages is its location, which is well-served by public transport, and is in close proximity to Warsaw's Chopin Airport.

The office building was commissioned for use in 2008.
