Novatek Polska relocates to K1 in Kraków

Novatek Polska, a leading distributor and supplier of liquefied petroleum gas, leased 300 sq m on the top floor of K1 (formerly "Błękitek"), the highest office building in Kraków. During the negotiation of lease terms, the building's owners, Pramerica Real Estate Investors and WX Management Services, were represented by experts from JLL, the advisory company.

Dariusz Bratoń, President at Novatek Polska, commented: "The need for Novatek Polska's relocation from its previous office stems from the company's intensive development. Its share on the LPG market is growing year-on- year. We selected K1 as it fully meets our requirements in terms of convenient location and working comfort. Furthermore, both the quality and prestige guaranteed by this scheme meets our business standards."

K1, the prestigious and only high rise office tower in Krakow, is a 20-storey, class A office scheme providing 13,500 sq m of office space. Last year, K1 underwent a thorough modernization of its building systems and renovation of its office space and now offers its tenants class A office standard. The key asset of K1 is its location - in proximity to the city centre and unique views over Kraków. Grzegórzeckie Roundabout, and Kraków Główny railway station are in the vicinity. The historic quarter and other parts of Kraków are also within easy reach of the building. Furthermore, the scheme is located in close proximity to Galeria Kazimierz shopping centre, Vistula Boulevards and numerous hotels.

JLL advisory company is responsible for the building's commercialization. K1 is already 40% leased by companies such as Vorverk, Bank Pekao, Regus as well as an IT company and a new call center.

WX Management Services acts as the scheme's Property Manager and assisted the Owner in the refurbishment process.
