JLL takes over management of seven marcredo retail schemes


JLL, an international advisory company, has been selected as the Property Manager for seven shopping centres of the marcredo chain in Poland. The companies of Direkt Invest Polen has entrusted JLL to oversee their retail portfolio from the beginning of June.

JLL has taken over the supervision of the following retail schemes: marcredo Kutno, marcredo Ciechanów, marcredo Szczecin, marcredo Piekary Śląskie, Galeria Piotr i Paweł in Poznań, marcredo Józefosław and Polo Market Lubin. The company's responsibilities include comprehensive running of operations and tenant relations in seven retail schemes as well as the preparation and implementation of marketing strategy for marcredo's three shopping centers: in Kutno, Ciechanów and Józefosław.

They are characterized by a well-balanced tenant mix, very good location and exposure. We are pleased that we can use our longstanding experience in property management to strengthen the position of marcredo shopping centres in local markets, as well as to increase footfall and the revenue through the implementation of marketing activities, with particular emphasis on sales-focused actions".

JLL manages a significant number of projects across Poland, in cooperation with institutional clients and private investors from all sectors of commercial real estate - retail, office and warehouse.
