DSV Solutions to move to Prologis Park Teresin


​DSV Solutions - a part of DSV Group, a global provider of logistics solutions - has signed a lease agreement for nearly 10,000 sq m of industrial space in Prologis Park Teresin. Experts from JLL advised in the lease transaction.

"The scheme located in Teresin is dedicated to an entirely new project. The selection of this specific location, apart from its accessibility to client' sale markets, was encouraged by its proximity to our flagship location in Kampinos. This will enable us to conduct full operational synergy," claims Maciej Walenda, CEO at DSV Solutions.

Furthermore, not without significance was the access to qualified employees, a swiftly conducted offer process and the scheme's immediate adjustment to the needs and requirements of the business", adds Michał Czarnecki, Vice President, Head of Leasing Prologis in Poland.

JLL firm cooperated with DSV Solutions on the lease agreement in Prologis Park Teresin as well as Panattoni Park in Sosnowiec.

Prologis Park Teresin is a modern logistics centre comprising six warehouses with over 159,000 sq m of space. It was developed in accordance with the "crossdock" concept, offering a great improvement in the process of loading goods. The park is located in the Gmina Teresin, around 40 kilometres west of Warsaw and in close proximity to European route E30 (A2 motorway). With its own railway siding, Prologis Park Teresin provides a direct connection with the railway line leading from Western Europe to the Baltics and Russia.
