VanityStyle to lease 600 sq m in Jasna 24


​​VanityStyle Sp. z o.o., a company that specializes in motivation solutions for employees regarding non-pay benefits, has renewed its current office lease agreement and has selected additional space in Jasna 24 in Warsaw. In total, VanityStyle has leased ca. 600 sq m. JLL advised the owner –Tritax Polska No. 1 Fund Ltd investment fund - in this transaction.

Jasna 24 is an office building offering over 2,400 sq m of office space on five floors as well as retail and service space on its ground floor.

Katarzyna Skrzypkowska, Leasing Coordinator at Property Management, JLL, comments: " The Jasna 24 office building is characterized by its excellent location in the very centre of Warsaw. International advisory firm JLL acts as Asset Manager and Property Manager of the office and industrial schemes owned by Tritax in Warsaw - Wola Plaza, Jasna 24, Piękna 68 and Airport House.
