Responsibilities:

Providing administrative support to our office in Wrocław.

Maintenance of databases.

Scheduling appointments.

Providing information to the clients.

Preparation of presentations, offers and reports.

Requirements:

​Fluent written and spoken English.

Very well organized and able to work with minimum supervision.

Good interpersonal and communication skills.

Computer literate: Power Point, Excel, Word.

Real estate experience as an advantage.

Flexible to work at least 30 hours a week.

Fast learner.
