Prepare technical due diligence reports.
Management of the cost, time schedule and quality aspirations of Jones Lang LaSalle's clients in all matters relating to the planning, permitting, design, tendering, construction and hand-over of their works.
Marketing, including participation in efforts to win work, presentations and proposals preparation, defining further services, strategies for sourcing new clients.
Generate / assist in generating new business.
Strong PM and engineering background.
Knowledge of procedures related to managing construction projects, knowledge of FIDIC will be an advantage.
Ability to coordinate the construction process.
Technical expertise in a number of areas within building services including fit out works.
Analytical and planning skills.
Strong consulting/business winning/client management skills.
Excellent interpersonal skills and confidence when interacting with others.
Experience in building surveying and project monitoring will be an advantage.
