Tomasz is responsible for advisory to office investment funds, developers and corporates on their leasing strategies.
Tomasz Czuba acts as a Member of the JLL Management Board in Poland and Head of Office Agency and Tenant Representation leading a team of top professionals across Poland. He specializes in strategic advisory to both national and international developers, investment funds, and tenants, including establishing long-term lease strategies, property marketing as well as negotiations and re-negotiations of lease agreements. During his career, Tomasz Czuba has cooperated with major real estate market players such as Ghelamco, Yareal, Warimpex, Trigranit, Karimpol, Heitman, GTC, Immobel, Cromwell, DEKA Immobilien, Unibail-Rodamco, Griffin, Virako or Grupa Waryński, and well known tenants, including KPMG, Samsung, Sołtysiński Kawecki & Szlęzak law firm, Mondelez, Sony, and many more. Under his management JLL leasing team transacted 700,000 sqm on behalf of landlords and currently works on a half million sqm leasing portfolio.
