Mazop selects Hillwood Pruszków
Mazop Group sp. z o.o., a company specializing in manufacturing cardboard packaging as well as processing and distributing polyethylene foam, has leased 3,640 sq m of industrial and manufacturing space in Hillwood Pruszków logistics park
Experts from JLL represented Mazop in selecting the location and during the negotiation of favorable lease terms.
The selection of its new headquarters is linked to the company's rapid development. As a result Mazop will relocate to Hillwood from Izabelin.
“The Pruszków-based logistics park developed jointly by Hillwood and Polski Holding Nieruchomości is distinguished by state-of-the-art solutions that allows space to be adapted to tenants’ needs. Mazop was seeking solutions that were tailored to the company’s operations. This is also linked to change in the building’s use for our client's production. Furthermore, the continuous and stable development of the company contributes to the requirement of further development opportunities, which is met by Hillwood Pruszków”, explains Norbert Kowalczyk, Consultant at Industrial Agency at JLL.
Park Hillwood Pruszków will ultimately offer around 55,000 sq m of space that can be dedicated to both high storage and light production purposes. The investment is located in Parzniew, approx. 3 km from the Pruszków hub (on the A2 motorway) and 20 km from the center of Warsaw. The logistics park is located in close proximity to a PKP railway station on the Warsaw – Grodzisk Mazowiecki – Żyrardów – Skierniewice line. The investment provides excellent access to major national arterial routes: the A2 motorway linking Warsaw - Poznań - Berlin, along with access to the Warsaw ring road - S8/S2. Furthermore, it is located just 15 km from Warsaw Chopin international airport.
