After a relatively slow start to the year, Warsaw’s office market saw outstanding activity in Q2 2019.

The last few months have been dominated by financial institutions which decided to relocate and sign large leases in central parts of Warsaw. However, the capital is not just banks and insurance companies: there are a number of significant transactions to be signed this year by companies from various industries. The pace of the market’s growth is furious and 2019 is looking to be yet another success story for Warsaw.
