In the “Office re-entry in Poland” report, we rely on the results of surveys conducted among over 1000 office employees from the largest Polish cities. The result of our work is the following report, in which we have brought together the expectations of employers and employees, with a primary focus on demonstrating to what extent employees from different industries have returned to the office today.

Technology advancements and the accelerated evolution of working models, which have occurred in the last four years, have resulted in significant changes in the way that we work as well as in approaches to the workplace.

We conducted the survey in the largest Polish cities, namely, Warsaw, Kraków, Wrocław, Tricity, Poznań, Katowice, and Łódź. We have also utilized a global study conducted by JLL, which involved over 200 decision-makers from international corporations and more than 20,000 office workers from around the world.

How does Poland fare in this context? How do the expectations of employers and employees in terms of returning to the office and hybrid work compare? To what extent have employees from different industries returned to the office today, and what are the differences in approaches to office work among different generations? Who should we design offices for today, and how will employers' expectations translate into employees' approach to hybrid work? In what capacity will companies work in the future, and how will the entire office revolution impact their future?

You will find answers to these and many other questions in our report.
