Laeticia Jousso

She is responsible for developing the business line strategic vision and, as member of the EMEA Strategy Board, helps to shape and deliver the regional strategic priorities. Laeticia joined JLL in 2016 as Senior Analyst in the JLL Capital Markets business in France, later moving to the International Capital team, where she focused on international investors in the French market. She was appointed Director of Strategy and Business Planning EMEA Markets in February 2021.

Laeticia is passionate about problem-solving, developing a strategic vision and enjoys multi-cultural environments. A qualified civil engineer, she also holds a Master of Project Management from the Northwestern University in Chicago, specializing in real estate development.
