Małgorzata Żółtowska

Małgorzata has over 20 year experience in the CEE real estate markets. Małgorzata’s areas of specialisation include real estate consultancy, with a focus on valuations and analysis of real estate portfolios. 

Since joining JLL in 1998 she has undertaken and/or coordinated valuations and appraisals of all types of properties in Poland, Czech Republic, Hungary, Romania, Bulgaria, Croatia, Latvia and Ukraine for major corporations in CEE ranging from private assets to large investment portfolios of institutional clients. Overall she is responsible for leading the team of more than 40 fully qualified valuers. At the same time, as Chief Operating Officer she supervises company effective operations.

Małgorzata is a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS).
