Dagmara Filipiak appointed as Head of Retail Tenant Representation team in Poland

JLL, a leading advisory firm in the commercial real estate market, has appointed Dagmara Filipiak as Head of Retail Tenant Representation

Under Dagmara's leadership, the Retail Tenant Representation department is responsible for conducting the comprehensive analysis of the sector, establishing long-term development strategies for brands on the Polish market, identifying the best commercial locations, negotiating lease terms as well as providing marketing and communication support. 

"Dagmara's many years of experience in cooperating with retailers combined with her knowledge of the real estate market in Poland is an undeniable advantage that will provide both Polish and foreign brands with access to strategic support in the creation and implementation of development plans on the domestic market", says Anna Wysocka, Head of Retail at JLL.

Dagmara Filipiak has been working in JLL for 12 years. During this time, she has conducted a number of projects for both tenants and retail property owners. She has advised for brands such as LC Waikiki, Menya Musashi, Merlin Entertainments, Daniel Wellington, Parques Reunidos, Roll&Go, Optique, and Biotech. During her career she has also cooperated with Toys'R'Us (the brand's first store in Poland), Kari, Debenhams, Claire's and Hollister. She was also responsible for the commercialization and recommercialization of well-known retail schemes across Poland, including Klif and Blue City in Warsaw, Forum Gdańsk, Galeria Koszalin, Renoma in Wrocław, or Galeria Kazimierz I Krakow. Furthermore, she has been involved in developing long-term lease strategies in shopping centres, preparing market analyses as well as negotiating and renegotiating contracts.
