Experts from JLL advised DSV Solutions on selecting the location and negotiating lease terms.

"The decision to relocate to Gdańsk has been dictated on the one hand by the rapid development of our business and - on the other - by the new object's attractive location. In addition, the terms of our cooperation with the developer, in particular the terms of investment in infrastructure, have been tailored to our specific needs. At the same time, we have gained a number of opportunities for the further development of our operational area", comments Adam Pawelczak, Supply Chain Director at DSV Solutions.

"One of the key factors that encouraged DSV to decide in favor of the Pomeranian Logistics Centre was the location. The investment is located in close proximity to the DCT container terminal in Gdańsk as well as being within easy reach of the S6 express road and A1 motorway. What is more, Goodman proposed flexible solutions in terms of space arrangement along with a possibility to adapt it to the specific needs of DSV Solutions, which was of the utmost importance for our client. We look forward to continuing our cooperation with DSV and supporting the company in its future development in Poland", comments Mateusz Iłowiecki, Senior Consultant, Industrial, JLL.

"The new deal expands the scope of cooperation between Goodman and DSV, which is already leasing warehousing space in our logistics centre in Sosnowiec. I am thrilled that DSV appreciates the high quality of services we provide as well as our ability to adjust to the needs of the tenant as well as its decision to develop its business cooperation with Goodman and JLL. I am convinced that DSV will derive significant benefits from selecting a location as attractive as the Pomeranian Logistics Centre for its warehouse", says Jarosław Czechowicz, Head of Portfolio Management CEE, Goodman.

The Pomeranian Logistics Centre is a multimodal logistics center, linking Poland with other countries by means of road, rail and ship. It is located in the immediate vicinity of the DCT deep-water terminal, the largest container terminal in Poland that regularly handles freight traffic from and to major ports including those located in Asia. The Pomeranian Logistics Centre complex is conveniently located - just nine kilometres from the centre of Gdańsk, 23 km from the international Lech Wałęsa Airport in Gdańsk and within easy reach of the S6 and S7 expressways and A1 motorway.
