Equator IV with a new tenant

Office tenant representation experts from JLL advised First Data Polska in lease negotiation and relocation to Equator IV office building in Warsaw.

The state-of-the-art Equator IV office building continues to attract a great deal of interest from tenants. Recently, the owner of the property – Karimpol Polska – signed an agreement with First Data Polska, which will take more than 4,600 sq m of space in the scheme.

Experts from JLL advised the tenant on the processes of seeking a new location and negotiations of the agreement. The tenant was represented by Clifford Chance law firm with regard legal matters. In turn, the team from GVA Polska represented First Data during the negotiations of the technical aspects of the lease agreement as well as the coordination of implementing fit-out works.

The new tenant will occupy three floors at Equator IV. First Data is one of the largest providers of payment technologies in the world. The company offers one-stop solutions for cashless payments in the omnichannel world. Its customers include banks, financial institutions, payment card issuers, retail and services networks and points, companies and the public sector as well as municipal transportation companies in the field of smart city solutions.

Equator IV represents the eighth investment by Karimpol Group in Warsaw. The building offers more than 20,000 sq m of office space and approximately 700 sq m on the ground floor dedicated to a retail and services section along with a restaurant. The office building has seven lifts, 226 parking spaces for cars located on four underground levels, 78 places for bicycles as well as shower cubicles with changing rooms for cyclists. Both the office and the surrounding areas are fully adapted to the needs of people with disabilities. Equator IV was pre-certified with a BREEAM Very Good certificate. APA Wojciechowski studio is the author of the architectural design.

Its tenants include: Colian - owner of brands such as Goplana, Jutrzenka, Solidarność, Grześki, Hellena and Appetita, the Inoffice Group operating on the Warsaw serviced office market, Linux Polska - leader of open technologies, Pramerica Life TUiR SA insurance company and the ZDROFIT fitness club.
