Gremi Media to remain at Prosta Office Centre
Cromwell Property Group, a company specializing in the management of commercial real estate investments, is pleased to announce the conclusion of office lease agreement with Gremi Media at Prosta Office Centre.
Within the terms of the transaction, Gremi Media - one of the leading media groups in Poland, and the publisher of “Rzeczpospolita” and “Parkiet” - has renewed its lease agreement for nearly 2,400 sq m in the office building located at 51 Prosta Street. In the process of renegotiating the contract, the property owner - Cromwell Property Group - was supported by JLL advisory agency, which acts as the exclusive leasing agent for the building.
“We are delighted that a prestigious tenant such as Gremi Media has decided to continue its co-operation with us. The logos of “Rzeczpospolita” and “Parkiet” on the roof of Prosta Office Centre is one of the most recognizable sights of the Wola district, and for many - a hallmark of our building. We are very pleased that Gremi Media will stay here for longer, as it underpins the reason why we purchased this office scheme”, comments Maciej Gołębiewski, Director of Leasing, Cromwell Property Group.
Prosta Office Centre is a state-of-the-art office building with over 18,000 sq m of modern office space on nine floors. The building is located in close proximity to the intersection of Prosta and Towarowa Streets, and just a five-minute drive from Dworzec Centralny station and a number of hotels including the Marriott and Intercontinental.
“Prosta Office Centre is, without a doubt, one of the most well-known office buildings in Wola and one of the first which helped to trigger the rapid business development of this part of Warsaw. Although built a number of years ago, its classic and timeless architectural design as well as the solutions and improvements applied to the building's interior and surroundings means that Prosta Office Centre is still an attractive option for many companies. Testament to this is the building's occupancy level which currently stands at close to 90%”, notes Michał Lis, Associate Director, Office Agency, JLL.
