JLL to lease Prochownia Łomianki
Advisory firm JLL has been appointed as the exclusive leasing agent for Prochownia Łomianki, the latest retail project being developed by Ghelamco.
Prochownia Łomianki will be a state-of-the-art retail park offering 5,500 sq m of leasable space. 2,200 sq m will be occupied by a food operator with the remaining 3,300 sq m allocated to smaller units and services. The park will also offer approx. 150 parking places. Completion is scheduled for H1 2020.

The potential of smaller towns continues to grow, both in terms of their purchasing power as well as the purchasing needs of their inhabitants. Currently, JLL is responsible for the commercialization of the Warsaw Hub. In addition, the company has recently advised Ghelamco on the sale of building C - part of the Warsaw Spire complex.
