Omnipack to lease another warehouse near Warsaw
Omnipack Sp. z o. o., a company operating in the area of logistics, warehousing and order fulfillment for the e-commerce industry, has leased 2,500 sq m of industrial space at SEGRO Logistics Park Warsaw, Nadarzyn.
Experts from JLL advised Omnipack on the negotiation of lease terms.
"From our point of view, the location was of crucial importance as it enables further growth and expansion both nationally and internationally", says Rafał Szcześniewski, COO & Founder of Omnipack. "Over the last year we have gained a significant number of new clients, both Polish and foreign. In addition, we are in negotiations with a large number of prospective clients. As a consequence, we are already conducting talks regarding two more locations".
"Our client was looking for a conveniently located and well-communicated facility, in close proximity to Warsaw, which will also be adapted to the needs of companies operating in the very dynamic online trading industry. All these needs were met by SEGRO Logistics Park Warsaw, Nadarzyn. It also represents Omnipack's second investment in the Warsaw metropolitan area in the last few months. SEGRO Logistics Park Warsaw, Nadarzyn is a logistics centre located 15 kilometers from Warsaw, offering both warehouse space adapted for storage purposes, as well as areas that can be adapted for light production. The project is located in very close proximity to the No. 8 National Road. Because it is well-served by public transport, the logistics park is within easy reach for skilled and other workers from Warsaw and the surrounding areas.
