Pearson IOKI Sp. z o.o. to renew its lease agreement in Nobel Tower

Pearson IOKI Sp. z o.o., a company specializing in the development of platforms and e-learning materials for teaching English, has renewed its lease agreement for nearly 1,200 sq m in the Nobel Tower office building in Poznań. Experts from JLL advised the tenant during the renegotiation process.

Pearson IOKI Sp. z o.o. is part of the global Pearson Group which provides digital solutions for the education sector. The company's Polish team consists of both IT professionals and experts who speak fluent English and support the preparation of content on their e-learning platforms as well as the operations of their users.

“Our office is located in the very heart of Jeżyce, one of the most picturesque districts of Poznań. Such a location, which offers a wide range of amenities such as restaurants, shops and other services, contributes to the comfortable working environment for our team at Pearson IOKI. We are delighted to renew our contract in the Nobel Tower office building as it meets all of our requirements also in technical terms”, explains Krzysztof Jasiak, Member of the Board at Pearson OKI Sp. z o.o.

Nobel Tower is a 14-storey class A office building, which was designed with the natural environment in mind. The technologies applied in the project allow for a significant reduction in energy consumption and the rational management of both natural resources and waste.

“During the renegotiation of the lease agreement, the key point for our client was the flexibility of the lease that would correspond to the current business needs of Pearson IOKI. In addition, the building offers a state-of-the-art working environment and a focus on environmentally-friendly solutions.
