Rhenus Data Office Polska continues to expand

The company to open new location in warehouse park in Sokołów near Warsaw.

Rhenus Data Office Polska has signed a seven-year lease agreement for 3,400 sq m of warehouse space in Hillwood Janki Sokołów logistics centre. Experts from JLL advised Rhenus on selecting the new location and during the negotiations of lease terms. The space leased in Hillwood Janki Sokołów warehouse park will serve as one of the company’s archival centre.

The object in Sokołów perfectly meets such conditions. Hillwood Janki Sokołów is a state-of-the-art logistics centre designed for medium and large tenants located 17 km south of Warsaw's city centre. The warehouse park provides 33,000 sq m of space and is located close to the Salomea-Wolica S8 junction, connecting the Kraków and Katowice route with the S2 ring road and the A2 motorway. Its excellent location is also well-served by public transport.
