Selcos to expand at Warsaw Distribution Center
Selcos Distribution, an exclusive representative of prestigious care and fragrance brands, has renewed and expanded its lease agreement in Warsaw Distribution Center warehouse park. Following the expansion, the company will occupy 1,100 sq m of space.
Experts from JLL represented Selcos in the process of negotiating the lease terms. The advisory firm also represented the tenant when it signed the original lease agreement back in 2016.

Warsaw Distribution Center warehouse park consists of five buildings with a total of more than 34,000 sq m of space. The project offers both warehouse and office space. Another advantage is that as Warsaw Chopin international airport is just 2 km away, and the A2 motorway a mere 9 km away, the project enables the rapid transport of goods westwards.
