Łukasz Dobrzański appointed as Head of JLL Office in Łódź

Łukasz Dobrzański has been appointed Head of the Łódź-based office of JLL, one of the largest real estate advisory firms across the globe. Łódź has key importance for JLL’s business as it is one of the fastest growing office locations in Poland.

The city has great potential for office development, in particular with regard to business service centers. At the end of Q3 2018, the total office stock in the city amounted to 464,000 sq m in a number of new office hubs, including Nowe Centrum Łodzi and the areas of the Central Business Axis of Łódź. Łukasz Dobrzański has many years of professional experience on the local market, and has also cooperated with foreign investors. Łukasz has over 10 years' professional experience previously gained while working as Investor Relations Manager in the Łódź City Council. In addition, he has focused on conducting process optimization and business analytics, attracting new investors as well as running promotional campaigns. Łukasz graduated from International relations at the University of Łódź, and studies at the Maastricht Centre for Transatlantic Studies.

Recently, JLL's Łódź branch has advised brands such as Ericsson and Whirlpool, which have decided to develop their businesses in Łódź. JLL also serves as the sole leasing agent for Monopolis - the most anticipated investment in Central Poland. This unique complex, which is one of the most interesting revitalization projects in the country, combines office, services, cultural and entertainment functions.
