“For us, Warsaw is a very important and long-term business location. A specialized labor market and access to highly skilled IT staff are just some of the benefits of Warsaw. These factors encouraged us to develop our business further within the city” says Jacek Fijałkowski, Country Operation Head at Wipro.

Wipro IT Services Poland is part of Wipro Limited - a leading international provider of IT, consulting services and business process solutions. The company operates on six continents and it employs over 160,000 people. In Poland, the company operates from offices in Warsaw and Gdańsk.

“A good location is what tenants and employees of large international companies ask for. More often than not, the address of a potential employer is increasingly important in a prospective employee's decision to accept or reject a particular employment offer. It's no wonder then that offices, predominantly located in the heart of the city and well-served by public transport, are highly valued. Furthermore, such locations are also in areas which have a wide range of shops and entertainment”, comments Marzena Zielonka, Associate Director, Tenant Representation, JLL.

Atlas Tower, located in close proximity to Plac Zawiszy square, is a 28-storey building offering approx. 30,000 sqm of office space as well as amenities including restaurants, cafés, and a fitness club. This year, the building's communal areas underwent modernization, radically changing the interior of the scheme. Atlas Tower can be reached by a number of bus and tram lines as well as two suburban railway lines. Furthermore, it is located close to Dworzec Centralny station and the Centrum metro station. In addition, Rondo Daszyńskiego metro station is also within easy reach of the office building.
