Yusen Logistics specializes in comprehensive logistics solutions, including transport (dedicated solutions, e.g. control tower with full IT support), warehouse services (tailor-made projects for medium and large customers, and projects for the retail sector, which are characterized mainly by short delivery times and significant volume). Yusen also provides customs services, including the most advanced solutions in the field of customs law, predominantly for production and distribution companies.

The renewal of the lease at the Goodman Toruń Logistics Center is connected with the consistent strengthening of the company's position in the Kuyavian-Pomeranian region.

"The Goodman Toruń Logistics Center operates within the Pomeranian Special Economic Zone. It is one of the most well-known economic zones in Poland, providing optimal conditions for development to a wide range of investors. It's no wonder that a major company like Yusen Logistics has decided to renew its lease agreement at the Goodman warehouse park. The investment is, of course, very well-served by an extensive transport network and meets the needs of our client", explains Ludwika Korzeniowska, Business Development Manager, JLL.

Goodman Toruń Logistics Center has approximately 67,000 sqm of space for warehouse and light manufacturing purposes. The entire warehouse project is well-connected to both eastern and western markets. The logistics center has a connection to the airport in Bydgoszcz, which is only 50 km away. What's more, the intersection of the A1 and S10 is only 12 km from the investment, enabling it to be within easy reach of Toruń, Tri-City, Warsaw or Szczecin.
