Summary and analysis of Poland's current industrial real estate market conditions.

The overall activity seen in H1 2024 in Poland improved significantly. Gross take-up, with 2.6 million sq.m. leased, was the third-best H1 performance after intense 2021 and 2022 results.

The Polish logistics and industrial market grew in Q2 by 625,000 sq.m. amounting to a total of 1.6 million sq.m. delivered in H1, which was a 37% year-on-year decline.

Despite the rebound in occupier activity, the vacancy rate in Poland increased for the sixth consecutive quarter to 8.1%.
