Poland Regional Cities Office Market Dynamics, H1 2024

In H1 2024, transaction volumes in the largest regional cities totalled 290,000 m2 – it was 43,000 m2 less than in H1 2023. However, given the record-setting result in 2023, the two-year average was higher than the pre-pandemic average.

Approximately 62,000 m2 of offices was delivered to the market and it was almost half than in the corresponding period in 2023. Developer activity was severely limited – new supply in 2024 will not exceed 110,000 m2.

Vacancy rate, in H1 2024, stood at 17.7% and it was on an upward trend.
