Corporate disposals of owned real estate in EMEA raised €25.6 billion across more than 700 transactions in 2022, 9% ahead of the 10-year average. This report provides a breakdown of disposals by asset types and geographies, as well as a high-level review of the context for this activity.

Occupiers are facing a confluence of challenging headwinds, including slowing growth, rising costs and supply chain disruption.
