Continuous growth of the retail sector in Poland was reflected by over 215,000 m² added to the stock in the first half of 2024.

H1 2024 results were led by the unabated growth of the retail park segment.

The retail market in Poland powers ahead with a significant volume of over 460,000 m² of constructed space across all formats.

Retail investment turnover in H1 totalled almost €497 million, up 149% on H1 2023 and 16% above the five-year average.
