Lumen nową siedzibą hotelowego giganta

Grupa Orbis, największa sieć hotelowa w Polsce i w Europie Wschodniej, wynajęła blisko 2 400 mkw. w warszawskim biurowcu Lumen.

In the transaction, JLL represented the owner of the building, while Cushman & Wakefield advised the tenant. Orbis will move into the new headquarters this spring.
